This kit will bolt into the OEM coil buckets of the 2005-22 SD trucks and convert to a supplied custom tuned King 2.5 remote resi coilover. We have spent hundreds of hours and various revisions to come up with the tuning and spring combo's that we supply with this kit. This setup will perform phenomenally on street, towing and mild offroad use! If your truck see's high speed, hardcore offroad use, contact us for a different configuration that will be better suited in that area! With our configurations, we squeeze the absolute longest travel coilovers into a given lift height as we possibly can. Rest assured, you get as much bang for your buck as possible!
Our bolt in coilover conversion mounts mount into the OE bucket after trimming down the coil alignment post and the lower conversion mount bolts into the OEM lower coil mount. The mounts are constructed from 1/4" laser cut steel and gusseted to prevent any flex. You must drilled holes for the upper buckets, the lower sides uses an OE hole. The lower brake line tabs are not retained.All kits (unless noted) use a dual rate coil configuration for the absolute best possible ride quality! With a dual rate system, the coil slider moves up and down on the body, this can sometimes create a little noise, that is perfectly normal for this type of product. The coilovers will come in the standard King Blue ano. Customer colors are available for additional cost and lead time!! The coilovers supplied in this kit are a custom tuned and configured King 2.5 Performance series coilover. We do our best to have all the various configurations instock at all times. That being said, depending on product supply from King, we may sometimes run out of stock. We will notify you if there is a longer than anticipated lead time!Kit includes:

This does require the spring alignment post to be trimmed and drilling is required. If the customer desired to return the truck to a coil spring in the future, we have a bolt in coil alignment post available separately.
MOST SIZES WILL NEED TO BE CHARGED WITH NITROGEN TO 150PSI BY THE CUSTOMER!!
2020+ trucks may see 1-1.5" more lift amount compared to stock height depending on the build package of the truck.
