Baja Kits Front Long Travel Race Kit for 2009-2015 Ford Raptor

Baja Kits started by eliminating all stock Ford Raptor suspension components and installing their new completely CAD engineered Boxed sheet metal upper control arms, Boxed sheetmetal lower control arms (Not cast aluminum like stock), and a custom fabricated upright with 1.5″ massive lower uniballs on the lower control arm and 1″ 4130 uniballs on the upper control arm.

Baja Kits replaces the 2009-2015 Raptor's OEM coilovers with KING Coilovers & KING 2.5″ Bumpstops for those extra hard hits.

• 1″ aircraft uniballs in all 4 lower inner pivots
• 1.5″ uniballs used on the outer lower pivot
• Full Heim steering
• All grade 9 hardware

Product Requirements:

• Level 3 Installation (Major Fabrication required, welding, grinding, and drilling.)
• Tires up to 37″ anything shorter is fine.
• Fiberglass 4″ flare at a minimum
• Wheels 17″ 4.75″ backspacing
• 10″x 2.5″ Coilover shock (Shock requirements below)
  • Compressed dimension 18.375″. Extended dimension 28.375″
  • 12″ Hose remote with 90deg fitting pointing up
  • Coils Top coil – 4″ long by 550lb Bottom coil 18″ long by 700lb
• 10″ x 2.5″ Bypass shock (Not required but highly suggested)

  • 2 Tube bypass only.  Tubes need to be clocked 90deg to shock bolt.
• 2.5″ width x 2″ stroke bump stop (Not required but highly suggested)
